Your Playstation 4 Pro was disassembled and assessed, and the following issue will need to be addressed:

System needs a detailed internal cleaning

Additionally, your optical drive / disc drive was not found to be operational. This can also be addressed if you would wish, and replacement parts would be needed to be ordered (adding some delay to this repair). Else, with just a cleaning your system should be returnable by Saturday evening if not sooner.
